contractor, he has a good knowledge of how a building is constructed

non-intrusive, and designed to give you the best general information
from observation and experience. Dennis is available to give you a
personal review, and will provide a written or electronic (PDF)
report with digital photos about the property.
In order to do a fair and impartial inspection,
Hoffman Inspections will not accept any repair work. Inspections are performed according to the
Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of the California
Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA), and Chapter 9.3 Sections 7195 through 7199 of division
3 of the California Business and Professions Code relating to Home Inspections.

updates his education with more than 50 hours of continuing education. He
carries liability insurance, and also has a California General B
Contractor's License. As a CA Inspector, he is committed to performing
quality residential, commercial or multi-family building inspections.
Dennis inspects property in the CA counties of: Alameda, Amador, Calaveras,
El Dorado, Merced, Sacramento, San Joaquin, and Stanislaus. |
